Hi, I'm Nikkie. This policy explains, in plain words, what I collect when you use this site, what I do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email me and I'll explain.
This site is run by me, Nikkie Burns, Freedom Creator Coach, based in Victoria, Australia. Email: [email protected]. When this policy says "I", "me" or "my", it means Nikkie Burns.
This website and the forms on it. My ASMR shop pages and my waitlist pages have their own privacy policies, shown on those pages. Other websites I link to, like Skool, have their own policies too.
When you use a form on this site, I collect what you type in: your first name and email, and for contact, brand and coaching enquiries, your message and any brand or business details you share. I also keep a record of the date and the form you used.
When you email me, I collect whatever you choose to send me.
When you visit, I don't use advertising pixels or analytics. HighLevel, which hosts this site, may set essential cookies so the pages and forms work. See "Cookies" below.
I never sell your personal information, and I never give it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Every email I send comes from Nikkie Burns, has a subject line that honestly tells you what's inside, and has a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click or by emailing me, and I'll stop within 5 business days at the most.
I may also share your details if the law requires me to.
Some of my providers store or process information overseas, including in the United States. I choose providers that protect information carefully, and I take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your details in line with Australian privacy law.
I take reasonable steps to protect your details from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including strong passwords and two-step sign-in where it's available. No system is perfect. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I'll tell you and the right authority, as the law requires.
I keep your details for 2 years after your last interaction with me, unless the law needs me to keep them longer. After that, I delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.
I don't use advertising pixels or analytics on this site right now. HighLevel may set essential cookies so the pages and forms work properly. These don't track you for advertising. If I ever add tracking, I'll update this policy first.
Wherever you live, you can ask what details I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete them, and unsubscribe from my emails at any time. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within 30 days. I may need to check it's really you before I share or change anything.
If you live in the UK or the European Union, you can also object to how I use your details, get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the data protection authority where you live.
This site, my guide and my emails are for adults. I don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has signed up, email me and I'll delete their details.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, please email me first. I'll look into it and reply within 30 days. If you're in Australia and you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
I may update this policy when my business or the law changes. The newest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
